Today’s Vegas Thing We Wish We Had Our Mouth On
Oh, baby. Central restaurant at Caesars Palace may be known for its cuisine, but its signature cocktails are no slackers either.
Today’s temptation: The Bluberry Blitz.

"Blitz" may be the operative term here.
The Bluberry Blitz ($13) consists of Stoli Bluberry Vodka, lemon juice, muddled blueberries, Champagne and simple syrup.
We’d explain what a muddled blueberry is, but we are a Las Vegas blog, not a berry-muddler. Besides, if you choose to muddle, and it’s between two consenting adults, we won’t judge.
If that cocktail doesn’t look beyond delicious to you, you’re either pregnant or were raised by wolves. And, honestly, even wolves wouldn’t be able to resist a Bluberry Blitz. Except for the pregnant wolves, obviously.
Oh, and here’s a bonus Central menu item that did unbelievable things to our mouth: Cheese puffs.

Some people call them "gougères," but this blog finds those people intolerable, and we will not be sharing our cheese puffs with them anytime soon.
You’ll swear little chunks of Heaven have broken off and plummeted to Earth. Directly into a decorative serving basket.
Here’s more about Central by Michel Richard at Caesars Palace. Reminder: It’s polite to ask before you put your mouth on something, even in Las Vegas.
