Steakhouse to Close at Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall
Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon, at the corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo Blvd. on The Strip has announced it will close its Steakhouse at Bill’s restaurant on Sep. 16, 2012.
There’s no specific information about what will replace the establishment, but it’s likely to be another restaurant.

The Steakhouse at Bill’s was known for its old-school service, including table-side food preparation of dishes like salads and bananas Foster.
One of this blog’s fondest memories of Steakhouse at Bill’s was that it hosted the wedding reception for Pete “Big Elvis” Vallee and his charming bride, Amanda. Read more. These days, Big Elvis is belting out the hits at the Piano Bar at Harrah’s Las Vegas.
