An Unauthorized Peek Into the Closet of Matt Goss
We recently breached security to bring you an exclusive photo of one of Vegas’ most closely-held mysteries: Singer Matt Goss’ closet!
We suspect this isn’t too far off, however, given the Caesars Palace singer’s penchant for groovy “lids.”
If you’re in the mood to emulate Matt Goss’ distinctive fashion sense, just take a stroll across the street from Caesars Palace to the always-lively Carnaval Court outside Harrah’s Las Vegas for a handy kiosk filled to the, ahem, brim with hats of all shapes and sizes.
Yes, we purchased one. And we can’t wait to wear it the next time we take in Matt Goss’ popular show at Caesars.
Bonus hat trivia that’s probably only interesting to us: There’s an ongoing historical debate raging about why American men drifted away from the practice of wearing hats every day (as they did for decades). Some pin the decline of hat-wearing on John F. Kennedy, specifically because they assert he didn’t wear a hat during his 1961 inaugural address. Cooler heads say the trend was already in progress, and JFK was just a convenient scapegoat for hat makers and others who, at the time, didn’t have the benefit of the Interwebs to find out the truth behind this fascinating societal shift.
If you’d like to see the man who’s bringing hats (not to mention sexy) back, see Matt Goss at Caesars Palace.
