Central by Michel Richard Opens Doors at Caesars
A much-anticipated new restaurant has opened at Caesars Palace, Central by Michel Richard.
This is the first 24-hour, gourmet restaurant owned by the James Beard Award-winning Michel Richard. Yeah, it’s a pretty big deal.

That unbridled enthusiasm for food is contagious, isn’t it?
Chocolate-covered grapes aside, we can’t wait to try chef Michel Richard’s French take on contemporary American comfort food. Oh, and the restaurant has separate wine rooms for red and white wines. We are so there.
