Payard Announces New Prix Fixe Menu

The good folks at Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace have announced their new fall-inspired prix fixe (French for “OMG!”) menu.

We fell in love with the last prix fixe menu (just $19), so we’re pretty sure this one’s going to be mind-blowing, too. Read about our visit.

Straight from the chef’s mouth to your computer monitor: “Your meal will begin with asparagus salad, served with truffle vinaigrette and ciabatta toast or a parsnip and mushroom tart. For your entree, choose traditional cous cous with lamb merguez (a Portuguese sausage) and roasted chicken or seared sea bass served with bok choy and chocolate soy sauce. And what visit to my restaurant would be complete without a choice of a signature Payard pastry?”

Theres no rule stating you cant start with the dessert.

We still think this is one of the best gourmet dining values in the city, so visit, and prove us right.
