First Look Inside Carlos’n Charlie’s at Flamingo Vegas

Carlos’n Charlie’s is on its way to Flamingo Las Vegas, and we’ve got a first look at some shiny new renderings of the highly-anticipated restaurant, inside and out.

Yes, even the restrooms. That’s how this Las Vegas blog rolls.

Self-deprecating humor tends to go a long way with us!

The dining room will seat about 150 people, and an outdoor terrace (see photo below) will overlook the popular Flamingo Las Vegas gardens. You may even be able to witness an actual Las Vegas wedding in progress as you toss back some frosty beverages!

Carlos’n Charlie’s was first opened in Acapulco, Mexico, and is known for its party atmosphere. Talk about a great sister restaurant for Margaritaville, also at Flamingo.

A nice fit as far as we can see.

The restaurant will serve up Mexican favorites like burritos, chimichangas, tacos and enchiladas. American fare will also be on the menu, including ribs, burgers and chicken wings.

Looking at the interior of the joint, it just kind of says “fun,” doesn’t it? Note: This blog tends to love restaurants with quirky, hanging stuff.
