The restaurant’s $777 Kobe Beef and Maine Lobster Burger is its signature dish, and it’s lovingly topped with caramelized onions, imported Brie, crispy prosciutto and 100-year-aged balsamic vinegar.
We breached security to bring you these exclusive photos of an actual $777 burger being prepared by chef John Pascob.
Highlight of our visit? As Chef Pascob announced he would be pouring 100-year-old balsamic vinegar on his masterpiece, we showed off our culinary sophistication by blurting out, “A hundred years old? Did you run out of the fresh stuff?”

The kicker that makes this dish one of the ultimate Sin City indulgences?
The mouth-watering burger extravaganza is served with a bottle of Rose Dom Perignon champagne. Which, frankly, accounts for $700 of the $777. Yes, you can order the burger sans champagne, but what fun would that be?
Of course, Le Burger Brasserie offers innumerable other dilectible menu items that do not require your being the Sultan of Brunei to afford them. But only the $777 burger qualifies as a certified spectacle!
Oh, and for the sake of full disclosure, we should say we didn’t actually “pay” for our burger with actual “money,” per se. It was a demo burger, but it was just as scrumptious as the real kind.
