It’s a Sign: Gordon Ramsay Steak Nears Completion
They have a saying in Las Vegas: “It ain’t a real thing until a sign goes up.” And whether or not we just made that up, it’s somewhat true, and the good news is Gordon Ramsay’s new restaurant at Paris Las Vegas just got its sign.

Like the Luxor beam, but with, you know, steak.
The towering sign, jutting from behind the restaurant’s construction wall, went live a day or two ago, conveying a clear message, “This is where Gordon Ramsay Steak is going to be, so let the salivating begin!”
Details about the interior of the restaurant have been cloaked in secrecy, but we did catch a glimpse of an intriguing neon sculpture hanging from the ceiling inside. This blog loves it some neon!

Either it's a sculpture, or there's been some poltergeist activity inside the new Gordon Ramsay Steak. Probably that first thing.
We’ve heard a couple of dates being floated for the opening of the restaurant, including May 1, 2012. Construction is expected to be completed April 23. We’re champing at the bit to see what Chef Ramsay has in store for his first foray into Las Vegas dining.
