You can talk about the stunning view. You can talk about the unbelievable level of service. You can even talk about the matches.

But whenever this blog talks about the Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas, we talk about the crème brûlée. Even with all the fancy French accent marks (the thing over the “u” is called a “caret”), it’s still one of the best desserts on the Las Vegas Strip.
